Scroll of Not AFK
Description:
This is a small program that runs in the background, periodically tapping the space bar on your behalf on the indicated window. By default, it will send a space bar tap, once every 2 minutes, to World of Warcraft. This makes your character jump and resets your AFK timer. This program is intended to allow you to go afk for a few minutes at a time without getting kicked out of the Battleground, not as a cheat, although it could certainly be employed as such in any online game that 1) tries to prevent people from hanging around AFK and 2) have some innocuous action bound to the space bar.
Use:
By default, the Scroll comes up with a target window of "Word of Warcraft" and a time to wait set at "120" seconds. Both of these are changeable if they don't meet your needs. This program can send spaces to any program - for instance, if you crack open a copy of notepad, and change the "Name of Window:" to "Untitled - Notepad", the space will be sent there instead. In order to start the program running, click the "Recite Scroll" button. You will see a countdown begin, at the end of the countdown your character will jump and the countdown will restart. To stop this cycle, click the button a second time. To exit the program, click the red X. The homepage link just takes you back here.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK:
Use of this utility, as harmless as it is, is most likely a violation of Blizzard's (or whichever company owns the MMO you are playing) terms of service. I've taken some basic steps to make it difficult to identify (for instance, it has no window name of its own to check against), but that is by no means a perfect defense. I would recommend, at a minimum, renaming the program file to something other than "ScrollOfNotAfk.exe" so that it can't be picked up via a trivial glance at the process table. Unless you happen to be the friend that I wrote this for, I don't want to hear any whining if something bad happens. If you *are* that friend, I definitely DO want to hear the whining when something bad happens, it will be amusing.
I'm not authorizing distribution of this program on any other site. If you got it someplace shady be aware that you may have just gotten yourself a keylogger. You should check the MD5 signature of the executable if you happen to know how to do that sort of thing.
